Tony Rebel along with aritist such as Mutabaruka and Marcia Griffith, and exec. producer "Fattis" have truly expressed the essence of reggae and Rastafari in this dynamic CD. It flows seemlessly with hard core dance hall beets fused with extra hard hitting roots lyrics. Hard to stop listening to.

Brilliant, tough, roots rock (modern-style) from Jamaican superstar Rebel. Unless you are strictly a smooth lovers rock fan, this will win you over fast. If you are roots & culture all the way, don't let the "dancehall" label throw you, you are going to dig this big time. Flat out great. Don't even think about it, if you love reggae, you will want this CD sooner or later. You'll be sorry you waited.

This is one of my favorite CD's. It is fantastic. I highly recommend it. If Jah is by my side, then why should I be afraid of the pestilence that crawleth by night?

It's hard to describe how great this album is, especially to someone who doesn't enjoy reggae. How could anyone not like reggae?? That is another story. Still, this album should win over any person who claims to not like reggae. This is a very uplifting album. It is strong and planted firmly in the belief of good over evil. Listen to some of Tony Rebel's lyrics "We have to look to Africa without any delay, and stop all tricks of the U.S. of A. We can't afford to let them lead us astray. For over 400 years they carried us away." It is certain that Tony Rebel is a master at expressing what is in his heart and he is not afraid to sing it from the highest mountain. My daughter is now almost 6 and she has been listening to this album since she was born. She absolutely loves Tony Rebel and that is great! Tony Rebel is a person who should be looked up to. He is one of a kind with a gentle and loving spirit while still holding on to his inner strength of a person calling for change in a world that wants to hold him back. This album makes you feel the strength and positive message of Tony Rebel while also sounding awesome! This is easily one of the best CD's I have ever heard in my life. You just can't come close to finding anything out there that will give you such a feeling of hope and gratefulness while also asking you to stand up for justice in the world. This CD should get the highest respect from all walks of life.
