I Like Jenifer Grey,s Performance &I think that she was great in her gray Party dress & Silver Dress Shoes That turned her into Prudence The Glamor Lady. I tnink that The Stroke of midnight is one very Romantic and verypretty movie worth seeing again.

I saw this movie under the title 'If The Shoe Fits' and found it to be an engaging twist on the Cinderella story. If a bit choppy at times (which I'll blame on editing) I thought Rob was gorgeous and Jennifer beautiful, sensible and in love. Though not well-made, it certainly was enjoyable to watch and is a film I have passed along to friends interested in a funny, charming picture to pass the time with.

To me this movie is very magical. It is a new twist on the Cinderella story where good brings out the best in anyone looking for more depth to their life.

Upon purchasing this DVD I was disapointed to find that the region code would not allow this DVD to work in my DVD player. Yes it does mention this on Amazon in tiny little letters but I infortunately did not see this. *Regioin codes are so that production companies can regulate DVD release dates accross different countries, so this DVD WILL NOT WORK ON MOST DVD PLAYERS PURCHASED IN THE US* I was able to eventually get this DVD to play on my computer however it is set on Portugese as its default language so you have to go through the hastle of switching it to English. THEN....wait theres more... the DVD was supposed to be "new" as it was advertised as such on Amazon. I cannot believe the DVD was new because it had scratches on it that caused the movie to skip in some areas and when I got it in the mail it was not packaged in the usual "nuclear bomb proof" wrapping that most usual DVD's are packaged in but rather a cheap plastic wrapping that could have been done after the DVD was used. Very dissapointing all in all.

I first saw this on Disney Channel (when they didn't have commercials) and the title was "If The Shoe Fits". There were a few scenes cut out for slight nudity and dubbed dialogue for slight profanity. My favorite character is the Fairy Godmother who acts likes she's lost. The movie as a whole might be a little corny and predictable, but I still enjoy it.

hello, when i first saw this movie i was very into it, and im not really into movies until i saw the movie STROKE OF MIDNIGHT. it was very touching about a women that is so worried about how she looks and she really likes her boss, but she help open his eyes about the world it was very romantic and funny i loved this movie im getting this movie on amazon.com because i love this movie so much i hope they make a STroke of midnight 2!!!!!!!!! that would be a good idead

and it looks good on Jennifer Grey. I absoultely loved this movie. From start to finish it entertains you. Rob And Jennifer were a perfect match.

i would liked to know that i was going to need a multi-region dvd player before i bought the movie... but i guess it was my fault since i didnt read the label cause i was too happy cause i found it on your website. But trust me this is the first and last time that i would buy a movie online....

I thought I saw all of rob lowes movies. I was surprised to see this one. This movie was mildly funny and cute in a 1980's way. I am a long time fan of jennifer grey and rob lowe so this was a surprise to see. He's a fashion designer looking for something more (in fashion and life) and jennifer grey is looking for her home made fashions to be discovered. Through in some magic and you have a very cute film.

This movies is an authentic story of traditional hollywood romanticism. Rob Lowe makes a well deserved performance as the condecending, arogant fashion designer Francesco Salvitore as Jeniffer Grey plays the poor little shy Kelly Carter who is a brilliant fashion designer but is not recognized for her work buy Salvitore(Lowe). This movie makes you mush up all over. With Yes it is a corny, and predictable plot but just looking at Lowe's beautifull blue eyes, is enough to make you want to sit throught the entire movie. With Rob Lowe's handsome and flirtasious good looks, who wouldn't want to sit through 2 hours of corny yet satisfying entertainment.
