The moment I heard this song, I knew it had to be mine. Lemar is a very soulful singer and reminds me of the smooth R&B songs of times gone by. Definitely worth the money.

I heard this song only today on TFM and I was surprised at how good it was!
I wasn't originally a fan of Lemar; he came out of the Fame Academy fiasco but he has proven himself to be a fine singer who has worked hard and this song proves he is a winner in every sense of the word. The lyrics are beautiful, Lemar's voice is soulful and sultry and it is has a haunting refrain and lovely ear tingling melody. The accompanying video is quite simple with Lemar appearing with a pretty girl over and over again, seeing himself in either the past, present or future, I liked that, very clever and it went with the song a treat. All in all, a really good and thought provoking song that has made Lemar a new fan in an old war horse like me. |
