Blistering vocals and playing. What else would you expect from one of the best, if not the best women of rock. Few can compare to her lyrics, impassioned vocals, and guitar playing. This four track CD single is the third single from her CD, "Yes I Am". The title track is a rockin' song, expertly performed. As with all of Melissa's singles, there are three live performances to round the single out. The first is, "Come To My Window". It is an incredible solo acoustic performance, and the first time the live version was available. She makes you feel like she is singing the song to you personally. The third song is, "Bring Me Some Water". A blistering performance for sure. Just awesome. Searing vocal performance and blistering playing. The fourth and final song is an incredible 10 minute 10 second performance of, "Like The Way I Do". It has an extended musical break replete with almost wisper like vocal vamps from Melissa. Very very cool. If you love Melissa as much as I do, or even if you love great songs and awesome performances from real performers, try your best to get this CD single. That might take some searching, since this is now out of print. But it would be well worth the effort!
