Good info. for kids about ancient greece
This book is a good way to introduce your children to the culture of ancient Greece. It is colorful and attention grabbing. Appropriate reading for ages 6-10 yrs.(at average reading levels).

Not a good overview of ancient Greece
The book spends too much time on the Olympics at the expense of discussing daily life and Ancient Greece's enduring contribution to Western intellectual development. The other books in this series are better, but all are too short to justify their asking price.
