4.0 out of 5 stars Good for back trouble

All said, this video is OK. The production quality is very good, but lacks substance. I rate it two stars for the lack of substance and four stars for the production - average is 3 stars. The video starts out with an introduction on the construction of the back, explaining the 3 sections (cervical, thoracic and lumbar). Then it moves to a couple of stretches, followed...

All said, this video is OK. The production quality is very good, but lacks substance. I rate it two stars for the lack of substance and four stars for the production - average is 3 stars. The video starts out with an introduction on the construction of the back, explaining the 3 sections (cervical, thoracic and lumbar). Then it moves to a couple of stretches, followed by a handful of strengthening exercises. If you are experiencing back pain, this may be a good video for you to start with. Everything moves slowly and the instructor gives a couple of alternative methods for most of exercises. There were just not enough stretching or strengthening exercises for me.
