Amazon.com has 100% accuracy and efficiency when they are laying charges to your debit card---maintaining an accurate and reliable MP3 store that you don't have to beg for your product---not so much.
Suggestion, Amazon: Forget about harrassing your paying customers by pulling these bogus "glitches" so we will store all our music on so that after a year, you will charge us again for the music in the form of cloud storage fees. You make it exceedingly difficult to correct the lack of download by simply putting a widget at your digital order history that you can click on to notify you did not get your download. I buy mp3s from Amazon Digital quite a bit and one in 10 fails to download on purchase. Up to now, I have been able to get a email for a reattempt to download--- this feature has disappeared, and replaced by a dose of frustrating indifference by Amazon Digital. I just ended a live chat with the rep telling me that I would be contacted in 1 to 2 business days via email. Oh really? My debit card has been charged in record quickness and stunning alacrity---my download? Not so much. Thanks for naught Amazon Digital. |
