Well written. Very knowledgable and well informed author. The author is a knowledgable Ifa practitioner, Ifa priest in Nigeria and a business man.

He was placed on a mission from Orunmila to release his works in a 17 volume set of books with all of the Odus and patakis on these. He is both knowledgable, and well educated. This book has it all, content, easy to comprehend format and substance. Therefore his work is truly amazing.

The only other commericalially available books that this can compare to on this matter is William Bascom's, Ifa Divination and 16 Cowries.

However, if you are looking for a detailed explanation to ceremonies and things of that nature, will will not find it here.

What you will find is a very matter-of-fact format that is truly refreshing and a very knowledgable author who writes in such a wonderful manner that you will not be able to put this book down.

I am looking forward to seeing much more of his work.

It is a shame there aren't more books in print out there than can compare to these.

Llevo varios años de ser babalawo y amo el poder entender ifa , este libro como las demas escritos por el autor son excelentes . No encontraras nada de cuentos de camino , patakies inventados , todo lo contrario . Los libros del autor comienzan con filosofia de ifa y terminan con filosofia de ifa , si usted se pregunta el principio y el fin de cada odun de ifa aqui los encontrara . Los odun aparecen desde cuando estaban en el cielo hasta llegar a la tierra y volver al cielo . El unico desacuerdo que tengo con el autor es el siguiente , la alineación de los mellis no es la misma que en Ile Ife , por lo demas solo para babalawos con tiempo para que Orula les ilumine.
