This book, in maximum detail, explained eskimo life and the basic forms of igloos. It is quite an orginal book, wiht no specific plot, but its a great to read.

I bought this book for my grandson and really enjoyed reading it myself! It provides an excellent and detailed description of life in the tundra, including hunting methods, social structure, housing, clothing, weapons, tools, and general living conditions. Profusely illustrated. Geography, sociology, animal and human relationships all meld together nicely in this very informative book.
