This 6-tape audio series is not a meditation, but gives thoughtful insight between emotional intuition and the physical body. There is discussion of the connection of health and disease. It is a great program for windshield time.

Who couldn't learn from these two women,

This was a great book/dvd. I listened to it while I worked out. I have to tell you all this is a learning experience that I think has help me. I 'm working throught these emotional centers daily. I think that I have reviewed this dvd 3-4 times each. Please for your own good and the emotinal and physical health of you and your family, This is a must.
