This is a memoir which tells the story of those people among us that we are treating in a shameful way.
Our government is not facing the problem and we citizens are not just "allowing" this situation to continue. Really, what we are doing is "using" the situation to our advantage while the world watches our hypocrisy.

Ms. Preston-Bova balances humor and facts in this easy-to-read human story of the role illegals play in our society. She not only addresses serious security issues, but also lays out a simple solution to the problem.
A must read for those of us who are removed from the issue as it really clarifies why we ALL need to be concerned.
