A must read for every citizen of Illinois. Easy to read to get an understanding of what is happening to the state of Illinois. The book outlines the reason for the convention, a rebuttal to each negative reason for not having the convention and a recomendation for what should be included in an a new state constitution, if the vote for the convention wins.
