Not for the faint hearted!
I got this for my own education, 'cause i don't trust contractors. All the pertinent info that you need, but you definitely need some construction experience before you can understand the terms.

Illustrated????
For now I will give this one star, for at least in the preview of this, the only illustrations are "pretty picture" illustrations at the beginning of each chapter. There are a LOT of words in here, but very short on the illustrated part. The code itself seems to have more illustrations than this.
