Product Description
Illustrated Kinesio Taping® 4th Edition Kinesio tape NEW. Kineso tape works to support the muscles, remove congestion, activate the endogenous system and correct joint problems. This book is divided into three sections: Shoulder Girdle, Trunk, and Pelvic Girdle. In each section, a specific muscle is described, including an explanation of its function, origin, insertion and nerve supply. The clinical applications of taping also are described, along with a specific taping procedure for the muscle. Black-and-white drawings are prevalent throughout the text, providing clear examples for self-training. This book is basic in its approach, and the concepts introduced can easily be applied to practice. Basic taping book by Kenzo Kase.

Easy to read, gives back ground info (on development of tape) on how to use the tape and why. Also shows different ways to use the tape depending on the injury, or symptoms.

this book is ridiculous b/c it only includes certain body parts for wrapping. the reason i bought it was to learn how to wrap one of many things this book does NOT include and i tried to contact the seller to return and they refused to let me return it. terrible customer service and an incomplete, VERY MISLEADING product.
