Paris and her father go to the San Francisco Zoo, trick or treating and other fun things. She talks about what it will be like to be a big sister.Paris also gets to attend the baby shower, where she also gets some gifts. The book is written well. The illustrations are nice, bright and colorful.The book is written to the level of the understanding of a preschooler. I highly recommend this book.

Bought this for my 20 mo. old nephew, whose parents are expecting twins. He loves the book, and loves the pictures. This is a great read.

We just received our copy of "I'm Having Twins" and are excited to give it to our niece, who is expecting twin siblings, in a few months. What a fantastic way to easily help her understand the upcoming changes in her life. After seeing the first book, we're excited to introduce her to the rest of the series as well!

I'm expecting twins (girls) and have 2 year old daughter, so the plot fits perfectly to our reality. There are certain elements that I really liked that were exposed in the book like bedrest and staying with your grandparents before going to the hospital. I definitely think this will help my daughter get familiarized with these concepts when the time comes. I did expect a little more from the story, from all the reviews I read, but it's an OK book. Specially since there are not much options to prepare your little one for twins.

Wonderful illustrations and a really sweet story line make this book pretty special. Plus, it was written by a real kid - amazing! It's hard enough for kids to accept new siblings in the family but when it's twins, it can be really challenging. This book puts the situation into a positive frame of reference to which kids can relate. Whether you've just had twins or have some on the way (or even just one new arrival) big brother or big sister will love this book.
