This song illustrates exceptionally my kind of blues: authentic and uplifting. Tommy Castro and his band captures real life at the spot where we often want to give up. He describes the universal struggle of life, and provides the antithetical prescription for it. He reminds us that, although the water is high, he's still floatin'. He sings about putting his head to grindstone, and with the hope of making it through. The tempo in this song is upbeat and rhythmic. It moves you to dance in spirit, as well as body! This is the best song on the CD!!
