I believe it was the combination of this cd, along with clomid & a trigger shot, and lots of prayers, that caused me to get pregnant in one month (after 2 months of clomid alone). And I just turned 40. The CD is very relaxing. There was recently an article on CNN news on the effects of relaxation techniques on fertility - I believe it said it increases your chances 50%.

I am very happy with this purchase. We are currently going under fertility treatment and it's very difficult to relax.I recommend getting "Meditations for a Fertile Soul" with it. They're a great set to have through this difficult journey. I love the messages it's sends and how relaxed you feel afterwards. I have tried another meditations CDs for infertility and wasn't very impressed.This one is awesome for when your on the medications.

I ordered this last year when i was dealing with infertility when trying to conceive my second child. In 2006, with Clomid and IUI, i conceived the first cycle. But last year my husband and i underwent several cycles of Clomid/IUI/accupuncture for our second child and it didn't seem to be working ( I was 37 years old) My RE told me to be patient and i was so stressed out so i ordered this CD. I listened to it every single night right before bed during my cycle of the 5th month on Clomid. Well, that IUI worked and we are the proud parents of almost 6 month old twin boys! Just mailed the CD to my sister in law who is now going through Clomid/IUIs hoping it helps her too. At the very least, it is a very relaxing CD and makes it easier to fall asleep at night.
