A Great Book On The Internal Art Of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Get It Any Way You Can ! May Be Out Of Print But Buy It Used If You Have To ! Master T. T. Liang's Life Work. ( as given by his top student and winner of many international competitions )

This is an great book for learning about one's inner self through martial arts. Learning how to achieve the heightened enlightenment of awareness is a hard road to travel. This book smoothes out the bumps in the road making it easy for those to travel it much easier.
