4.0 out of 5 stars It's interesting
I like it, but I tend to add apples to a lot of things and like a little "sweet" taste in my "spicy" dishes. (I add dried cranberries to a lot of curried dishes.) The overall flavor reminds me of an Indian (curried) lentil dish. With the apples added, of course.

I'll definitely buy it again.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Little Too Mushy
I did like the soup, but it is mushy. No chunks of apple, carrots, celery etc can be seen as in the picture on the can.
So if I buy it again, it will be more to use as a base, as I will add my own non-mushy fruits and vegees.
I paid $1.00 a can at "Grocery Outlet" in Bremerton, WA.
