When I first got this game, I was curious as to how the game would play out...

I'm somewhat dissapointed since the music, no matter which genre (Pop, Rock, Funk) you choose, will stay the same, pretty much making the genre choosing pointless.

Not only that, but your choices for character hair style and colour is very limited.

In the game, there's a place where you can buy instruments and clothing for your character, the instruments aren't much and the clothes don't seem to fit for each genre band they're assigned to, as well.

The gameplay is okay, however, I've been noticing that even when I'm tapping or slidding my stylus on the screen at the exact time the game wants me to, it says that I never did, giving me a "0" instead of "300" or "400".

So, yes, the game has some problems.

This game is okay for anyone, mostly younger kids, but you may want to look more into this game before you buy it.

This is a review told to me by my almost 8 year old daughter. "I love this game it is really fun. You get to play songs and once you get to a certain level you get to earn more clothes, shoes, instruments, make-up and different hair. You can also earn your own songs. The four instruments that you can play are keyboard, lead guitar, bass guitar, and drums. You can also play in different area like the park, beach, your house, library, and others. This is a game for girls so a boy would not enjoy playing it."

I personally love the Imagine series of games, but this has to be worse than the original Fashion Designer! This game features, what I think to be the mostt horrible graphics Ive ever seen! Playing the songs was no problem, it was after the first 21 minutes I got confused. I played every single song I unlocked, but still didnt get to move on! Im 10 and this is not a game Id reccomend.

My daughter got this for Christmas and she loves the game. She is 11 and this is age appropriate for a girl on the Nintendo DS system. It is one of the series and it mixes music with games and requires the user to read the screens and make choices. Very cool game.

This was all hype. I wish i could give it less than i did. Its more 7ish than 10ish. So if you have a 7 year old girlygirl daughter, Go ahead and buy it.
