I just opened my order from Amazon. The gloves look great, but I had to order them without size information because I could not find a size chart on the site or online. Turns out I am a small and ordered medium, but I think I'll be OK because I'm mostly ordering for warmth, not arthritis pain. Here is the size info, from the side of the package:

Lay your hand flat palm down, 4 fingers together on a tape measure, and measure the width of your hand at the 4 knuckles (thumb is not in the measurement).

Small is up to 3 1/8 inches
Medium is up to 3 1/2 inches
Large is up to 4 inches

Oh my goodness...what a difference these have made for my arthritic/trigger finger hands. Just by wearing them during non-work hours I have notice tremendous relief. I did not have a need to return to my rheumatologist who recommended them :-) There were a bit tight at first but glad I stayed with my original size as they streatched out a tiny bit and became comfortable - a little pressure actually feels good and they keep my hands warm for good circulation. They are super soft and I cannot say enough about them. Able to wear them while sewing, too. BUY THEM WITH CONFIDENCE.

Started to develop some severe hand pain early this year. At first I thought it was work related as I am using my hands all day. But then I realized that it was more like the early stages of Arthritis as my mom and both grandma's had it. So I am pretty much genetically doomed ... Noooooo!

So I tried all kinds of remedies from heat to pills to oils and nothing worked. Browsing Amazon and discovered these gloves. It was a Prime item so I decided to order them and if they didn't work I would send them back no strings attached.

Amazing results. Pain is dulled almost completely in my really bad left hand. Right hand feels normal now - no pain. I never thought that the pain in my hands were causing me to be restless at night. They didn't seem to hurt when I went to bed. But sleeping with these gloves on is like heaven. Never slept so good in my life - okay since the pain began ;). Amazing.

The video will show you how they look while on your hands, go over sizing and show some everyday tasks. Try them - they work.

I have to admit, when I saw these gloves being hyped, I thought they were just a gimmick. I mean who could believe, that someone who has suffered with very bad hand pain, could get such relief from an inexpensive glove?

Well, they really work, and they even make typing, on those days when my hands are swollen, much easier...and certainly less painful! Thank you IMAK...I am thrilled.

I am not sure how long they will hold up, but if I have any issues, I will amend the review.
If these work well for the next week, I will be ordering another pair.

UPDATE: 7/25/14
I have been wearing them every night since I bought them, and hand wash them once a week. They still look like new. I am gong to buy another pair...these thing work!

I bought these gloves, along with 2 pairs of other brands, for my 81-year-old mother to see if she could get some relief from the arthritis in her hands. She called me a few days ago to say she had tried these, and within 20 minutes of putting them on the pain in her hands was gone. Thank you!

I am so happy with these gloves. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my hands keep me up at night aching and swelling. I hate to fall asleep without them since I always end up getting up and putting them on! I would give them a 6 star rating if there were one!

I'm a hairstylist who has mild arthritis in my hands and fingers as well as carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrists. These gloves are very comfortable to wear while I'm cutting hair and doing everyday chores. Just enough pressure to get my fingers working again.

Wonderful! Now that fall is here, I've been wearing these as driving gloves. The compression helps my hands feel warm, eleviating the arthritis pain. The finger holes are reinforced stitched so very durable. These are easy on and off as well - simply pull each finger and then remove. I'll probably even wear these under my winter gloves this winter. These are very comfortable, breathable, functional gloves that provide just the right amount of compression. So glad I made this purchase!

My 86 year old dad has arthritis in his hands and his old gloves helped very little. I got him these IMAK compression gloves and a pair of the Thermoskin Premium gloves. While the Thermoskins will probably be helpful for working outside, he hasn't worn them much yet (they don't fit as smoothly as the IMAK's and are kind of a weird material) but he LOVES these IMAK gloves, wears them every day. He says they are "perfect," which is amazing. I'm ordering him another pair but the "active" IMAK's with the textured palms for grip.

I should point out that although the IMAKs are lighter and offer the best comfort, the Thermoskins are made of different materials, they are thicker and feel like they have significantly more compression. Each have their benefits and which one would be best for you depends on your needs. I think my dad will end up using them both.

My hands are fine, but I may get a pair of these for myself anyway. I tried them on and they are just SO comfortable and feel really good.

DO take the time to measure hands for correct size before ordering. If they are too big you won't get the benefits they are designed to provide. I will try to include the sizing guide from the box in this review, or you can find it at http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71u61ud48bL._SL1500_.jpg

These are not compression gloves by any "stretch". They are simply grey cloth fashion gloves made for gripping something. Yes gripping! They have little rubber bumps all over the palm to prevent slipping, not at ALL like what the picture shows. The fingers are half this length, not even reaching the first joint on my small hands (and I ordered the small size and they did fit fine). But in short, these are not compression gloves...but gripping gloves. When I went to do my return the return "requires special handling" so I had to CALL customer support at amazon and they are happily allowing me to return this item and are tagging the issue. Please see my uploaded picture!
