The Imak Knee Strap (Pack of 2) is a good value as you get a set for both knees. Noticeable improvement from pain with ground pounding type of activities (i.e. jumping, running, plyometrics). Has 2 straps, 1 to fasten, 2nd to reinforce.

This product has worked well for me. I previously used the larger Knee Brace which covers around 4 inches above and below the knee and has a circular opening on the knee. This was good in as much as it would generate a lot of heat but the movements while playing tennis were not only restricted but also a bit awkward. The IMAK Knee strap does well to give adequate support to the knee while playing tennis on a hard surface and also does not restrict movement. I only have one small suggestion for the makers of this product, that is, if they could make the surface of the strap that touches the skin a bit soft and skin friendly, it would be awesome. Overall would thoroughly recommend this product.

It is difficult to attach the two separate pieces of velcro to hold it secure. It's fine when it's ready to go but not nearly so effecient as my old straps. I probably would not buy this brand again.

I was told that I have Chondromalacia patella. This is abnormal softening or a degeneration of the cartilage of the under the kneecap (patella). The kneecap does not move as it should. The rest of the structure of both knees is fine.

This has been a painful injury and has prevented daily walks and other things I like to do. I took a chance on these. I bought two. I read the reviews and had a hard time believing that these could make a difference. However, there is an incredible difference from the moment you put them on. I found out they are not gimmicks. They have greatly reduced my pain and discomfort, and have allowed me to get back to walking and other stuff!

I have been using Mueller Jumper's Knee Strap, however, they do not have a method for tightening the straps once you were wearing them, and I wanted to wear them tighter. The Imak Knee Strap has a "pressure pad" which allows you to align the patella more accurately. It also has a second strap that allows you to do additional tightening once the strap is being worn. So, I switched!

I found the IMAX Knee Strap helpful in relieving the "pain" when walking, cycling or using a cross trainer. I have worn it for an 18 hole round on a walk only course and it works well there as well. I sometimes use it when sitting for a long period of time when the knee is painful. I also find that appropriate exercises have helped the knee and reduced the need to sue the I max.

I have been diagnosed with having the backs of my knee caps worn off. The result was frequent swelling and effective imobiliztion. This fixed what oerthopods said they can't fix.

I've had tendinitis in my knees for as long as I can remember and have used many knee braces and straps in the past. The Imak knee strap works just as described. I've gone through so many straps that it was time I purchase I knew one and thought I'd give this brand a try. In the past I've used McDavid's knee strap and they work perfectly well. I've gone through many of those and still use them today but that I'd give these a try after running across them on Amazon. Imak knee straps work just as well and the price is great. The Velcro seems to wear out quickly but is a problem encountered with other brands as well.

After about 6 uses, the stitching that holds the elastic to the strap began to tear in two places. The strap itself worked and felt good on while running. But the construction was cheap cheap cheap.

After working with my personal trainer I found my knee to be sore before the end of the session and for a few days. I wore the Imak knee strap on my problem knee during our last session and had no problems! It was great and nearly un-noticeable. I am recommending this knee strap to all my friends who complain about knee pain.

I bought these because I was having issues with my knees playing softball. All the sudden starting and stopping was putting some strain on patella tendon. They work good at first but I don't think they're adequate for the sudden stopping and starting I do in softball. I have tried them with running and they work good for that. Also wear them during the say sometimes as more of a preventative measure than anything.
