Don't believe the hype. These are NOT one size fits all. I am a guy and my hands might be a bit larger than average. But I am no hulk either. After completely moving the velcro strap out of the way. I cannot get this on my hand without significant effort...and then it tries to strangle my wrist. What good is a brace that slowly makes your hand turn purple from blood restriction?

My occassional bouts of tingly hands that had fallen asllep in the night had worsened to the point where I was waking every two hours to spend 10 minutes shaking, stretching, etc. to get enough relief to get back to sleep. The first night I wore these gloves I sleep thru the night without any pain or tingling. I wear them every night and have exdperienced no more problems with my hands falling asleep at night or during the day. They are comfortable and easy to clean. If you have trouble with your hands at night , get these. You will not be dissappointed.

I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, and I need to protect my hands and wrists at night while sleeping. The IMAK wrist supports work great. Durable, comfortable, easy on and easy off. The only drawback I can think of is the size - it might be a big snug on a guy or a bigger woman.
