I purchased these wrist wraps for my mom, who has rheumatoid arthritis that flares up when she gardens or does work around the house. She has used similar products in past years and finds the extra support allows her to do what she loves and remain pain-free. These wraps can be used on either hand (she uses them on both), and even with her distorted fingers she can manipulate the wrap around the wrist to get sufficient support. She was VERY happy with these, especially as the cost per wrap was so much lower by buying the 3-pack instead of 2 singles. Her only question? Why 3 in a box when people only have 2 hands???
