Inexpensive and cracks all the time
I can't tell you how many of these slim jewel cases have cracked- very annoying. Very poor quality. I don't know what it is with the ones that come with the blank CDR's either. The slim cases I got with audio CD's in the past(mainly import CD singles) have had no problems, with much use. But these 3M's and the ones that come with most blank CDR's are horrible. I'd...

I can't tell you how many of these slim jewel cases have cracked- very annoying. Very poor quality. I don't know what it is with the ones that come with the blank CDR's either. The slim cases I got with audio CD's in the past(mainly import CD singles) have had no problems, with much use. But these 3M's and the ones that come with most blank CDR's are horrible. I'd stick to normal jewel cases or buy a binder, unless you don't mind the ease in which these crack.

There are 25 to a pack in a variety of colours. They are about half as thin as regular cases. I have not had a problem with them breaking or cracking. I love 'em =)

I'm surprised the reviews for the cases have been so bad. Fortunately, my experience with them have been much better. I've never had a single one crack, and they seem to withstand well in high summer heat, when I leave them in the car. These cases are just as flimsy and light as a standard CD jewel case. The reason I'd get them is because the color adds a little life to my music collection (no, really!). However, I got these as a free bonus with the purchase of an Imation 50-pack spindle, so I wouldn't pay more than a few bucks to get these. They're nice to have, but not something that should cost you more than what you would pay for a single CD album.
