In 1995, Scott Blackwell began Immaculate Baking Company in his garage with a couple thousand dollars, some used ovens, and one simple goal in mind: to create top-quality baked goods with fun and unique combinations while establishing a fun place to work and celebrating the creativity of American folk artists. Since those days, Immaculate has moved out of the garage, won several national awards, and has expanded both in the variety of its baked goods as well as the scope of its social vision. And while Immaculate Baking Company continues to evolve, its original passion and philosophy remain the same: bake well, work hard, be creative, have fun, and give back.
All of Immaculate Baking Company's cookies are handmade using only the finest, all-natural ingredients, never "easy" alternatives like margarine, preservatives, or other processed ingredients that they can neither spell nor pronounce. In addition, each product is packed by hand in its very own American folk art decorated carton. Truly some of the worst cookies I've tasted. Please don't waste your money. I just bought one of their products and they are actually almost inedible. I don't understand how they manage to be in business. This is the first time I've been disappointed enough in a food item to go online and write a review.
