What?!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Immigration and Race: New Challenges for American Democracy (Paperback)
The guy who wrote the above review is obviously a jealous and insecure idiot who resorts to smarmy intellectual one-liners and name calling instead of intelligiable reviews. The "John Gray of economics?" Please, no one would even understand what such a pretentious comment means. Obviously he doesn't understand unpretentous academic writing that doesn't resort to name dropping.

The John Gray of economics,
By A Customer
This review is from: Immigration and Race: New Challenges for American Democracy (Hardcover)
This book is a complete waste of time. The prose are quite long-winded and boring. Moreover Jaynes' theories make little sense are often inconsistent with economic theory, and are supported only tangentially by the evidence he provides in this book. After reading this book, I can only think that Gerald Jaynes is to economics what John Gray is to psychology.
