Daily some 2000 illegal immigrants are apprehended in a 260 mile stretch of the Arizona border near Tucson. Between 1970 and 2000 over 50 million immigrants, most with little education or assets have come here, most of them illegally. While polls show the immigration reform issue is important to over 80% of Americans, neither major party has promised satisfactory consideration.
Fortunately, a new book just published outlines the issues at stake in stark, no nonsense terms which can be readily understood. Its author, Frosty Wooldridge, a teacher, lecturer, and an author who frequently contributes his views on this issue to multi media audiences, has bicycled 100,000 miles around the globe to see the dire effects of overpopulation. This book comes from his vast and varied first hand contacts with the immigration reform issue and he leaves no aspect of this perplexing, frightening subject untreated.
`IMMIGRATION'S UNARMED INVASION: DEADLY CONSEQUENCES.' explains each aspect from the view of how it affects us Americans and why we must speedily regain control by enforcing our laws or see the rapid decline of our nation into second rate status.
What is so unique and important about this book? Short answer: Its urgent perspective, a root paradigm, in recent years buried by other far less relevant concerns, the global impact of overpopulation, both here and everywhere. The average age of the world's population is under 25 and in Middle Eastern nations and much of Asia, it is under 20. The failure to meet women's needs in the 20th Century when half of all births were unintended moved world population from just over 1 billion at its beginning to 6 billion people at its conclusion, leaving poverty, terrorism, and environmental devastation in its wake. The prospect of adding several billions more this century is virtually assured unless new, urgent attention gets focused by all humanity on these unbalanced numbers, largely untutored, uneducated, and subject to recruitment by terrorists.

Most books can state the case, but few really offer cogent, realistic politically possible solutions. For those of us who live in border states, we are seeing first hand the negative impact of illegal immigration. Hopefully as this book gains in popularity, more Americans will have their eyes opened to the dangers posed by illegal immigration. The threats against our borders are real and they do not all arise from terrorism. Wow--this book is absolutely FABULOUS!!

Frosty sure knows his stuff on the #1 most dangerous and growing threat to our nation: ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.

Massive hordes of illegals are pouring across our borders every single day. This is an invasion and it is ruining our country.

There are an estimated 15 to 20 million illegal aliens in our country today. And there are many more on the way.

Our government refuses to stop this invasion. They won't put militaty on the border to stop the flow of these millions of illegals, drug runners, criminals and very, very possibly- terrorists.

Our government wants HISPANIC VOTES as well as CHEAP LABOR.

There are MANY companies out there like this who are profitting off of these illegal aliens.

IT IS ALL VERY CORRUPT.

If you live in southern Arizona, many parts of southern California or south Texas, you already know what's going on. If you don't live in those areas you need to read this book and act now. The United States is disappearing in those areas to be replaced by some of the worst elements of Mexico and South America. You're next.

I absolutley loved this book! It says everything I fell about this problem. Living in southern California, I have experienced the frontline of the invasion. I have gone to an "anti-american" school and had every culture embraced with the exception of the american one! Books like this are what will start the embers that will lead to the flames of movement against this "illegal" invasion!

The information in this book has been researched with many of the researchers contributing within the chapters. I found this book to be very enlightening. I have been trying to understand where many of the students and families with whom I am working are coming from. It is scary. Having survived the 40's, 50's, 60'+, and now understanding the new wave of immigration, it is disheartening to realize, without the desire to assimilate ( boldly shown on the streets of the city and in the homeroom-classroom) 'No Child left Behind" is an impossible task.

Frosty Wooldridge's book presents well-documented evidence of a clear and present danger to American culture, language, institutions, economy, government and constitution represented by our liberal immigration policies and failures to enforce our borders and penalize illegal aliens and their employers. It is clear that many jobs Americans would do at a fair wage and benefits have been taken over by illegal aliens who are willing to work for substandard wages. There is no way present levels of legal immigration, illegal aliens and their progeny can be accommodated in the U.S. without changing the America we know and love irretrievably forever.

Many argue that America has many open spaces and can accommodate many more people. That's a good thing because we are already projected to add 200 million more by the end of this century. At that point perhaps there will be more converts to the Wooldridge thesis, when it is probably too late.

This book is distinguished from other books on immigration by providing the reader with a sense of what it is like in those sections of America which have been the most heavily affected by today's kind of immigration. In reading this, you can get an idea of what your town or city or neighborhood is going to be like within the next ten years.

The weakness of the book is its lack of documentation. Lots of facts and figures are cited, but there is no way to check those figures against their sources and hence no way to assess those figures. Also the book tends to repeat the same points over and over.

Another strength of the book is the wealth of websites and organizations listed in the last two chapters of the book. This is necessary. If you do a Google search on "immigration", you'll be provided with an endless list of websites dealing with "immigration." Most of them are sites for helping illegals to enter the U.S., helping them to find the free goodies once they're here, and providing legal assistance to them in tying up the U. S. legal system if they get caught.

Every book on the immigration problem provides a list of remedies, and these remedies are much the same, and they are all reasonable. What these books do not do is to show why these sensible remedies are not being put into place already and why they will not be put into place. If you want to know the answer to this baffling question, read While America Sleeps: How Islam, Immigration and Indoctrination Are Destroying America From Within.

First I'd like to address the "word to the wise" reviewer. Don't pay attention to his brain fog and inability to handle the truth. Mr. Wooldridge has written a very scary scenario of the digression of our society if we continue on this present path, mainly the liberal media cover-up of the truth about how bad the areas are around our borders. And it's not just around the borders because with legal aliens at 1 million a year, and illegal aliens at 3 million a year, they need to branch out and they have. Have you ever noticed how most lawn service people are either all or part Mexican? or how there are practically NO gas stations or convenience stores run by americans? We also have many illegal Chinese and Vietnamese and laotian, we have a family in our neighborhood that are Asian with 7 kids and they purchased the biggest home in the sub, while americans are struggling to make it with only 1 or 2 kids. It may sound like I'm racist, but I'm not, I'm a christian woman that is very concerned about our very near future...we're in BIG TROUBLE here folks. I hear from friends who live in California that the only ones doing construction there are the Mexicans, the americans have to see them for a job now when they probably aren't even legally here. There is a growing double standard for them, none of them have licenses, and they seem to like to drink and drive, but if the police stop them, they are told to let them go. Can you imagine if an american teenager was found drunk driving what would happen to him?(and they should be punished) if the cops stopped him? do you think he would let him go home? without a license? and under the influence? These people are bringing in diseases from an overcrowded Mexico City-where 30 million people live and at least 5 million live in boxes on the street, that the rivers are like black yogurt. That in 2000, we had five cases of leprosy (the disease that makes your skin rot off your body),and in the last 3 years we now have over 7,000 cases of leprosy? people used to be quarantined for that because it's contagious, that over 90% of the illegal aliens have TB, and all these kids are infiltrating our schools and exposing our kids to all these illnesses, and slowing down the learning process for our own children since most don't speak English, and unlike immigrants in the past, these DON'T WANT to learn English or learn about our culture, they just want to come in and take advantage of this wonderful country that we've taken generations to build without taking on any of the responsibility. The pregnant women, for the past 25 yrs. have come to the US to have their babies and through a misread of the 17th amendment of the Constitution, these babies are considered Americans with full rights, I'm a nurse and it costs about $8,000. to have a baby, and it's FREE for them (not for us), and if their child is sick or deformed, and many are considering the lifestyle they came from, jack the price up to $500,000. compliments of the good old americans,and who do you think is paying for this?????? WE ARE, over 70% of the border hospitals are bankrupt down there due to all these sick ones that are coming in. Americans are abandoning towns in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California because the sickness, the language barrier, the crime etc. They are littering our beautiful southwest with abandoned water bottles and jugs, clothes hanging off trees, food cans and boxes and bags and thermoses tossed on the ground like it was one big garbage can. Crime rates down there are going through the roof, most americans won't be without some kind of firearm so they can protect their families because everyone including the cops either look the other way or deny it's happening. Mr. Wooldridge has been touring the world on his bicycle in 6 continents to the tune of 100,000 miles and he says the squalor that these people in Mexico, China, India have to live in, in these overcrowded cities is appalling. In China, children are laying on the sidewalk dead and decomposing while people walk around them, that is what we have to look forward to if we continues to take in millions of people every year, and then add THEIR birth rate to our own and the growth becomes exponential. Forget the bird flu, we're being exposed, through these people, to a ton of germs and disease especially since they haven't been taught hygeine and/or because of the crowded conditons it wasn't feasible. Did you realize that they will NEVER STOP coming here because it is generating 65 BILLION DOLLARS a year for Mexico....thats right, they come here and use up our country and all it has to offer and send most of there earnings back home, they don't pay taxes because they're paid under the table mostly and the government is losing about 200 BILLION a year in lost tax base!!! Then just the other day they arrested an american woman as she was driving her car, because she owed $1.67 in taxes that she hadn't paid yet!! I'm done. Bottom line......buy the book and share it with everyone you know!!!!!
