"Brain Fog" Food,

I have CFIDS and suffer from periodic brain fog. This book is probably written for the young in mind but the illustrations made it easy for my foggy brain to digest. I have read similar information in books intended for older audiences, but had trouble comprehending the language. I decided to add this book to my personal library, after borrowing it from my doctor.
