This was too expensive but I needed it in a hurry and it was available overnight on Amazon.I have to buy it in large quantities and I needed it in a hurry. This was Expensive but it was available for overnight shipping and was a reasonable quantity to hold me over for a few days till I received the bigger order at a cheaper price (also from Amazon).

As I said in my review of the larger (somewhat less expensive)box of Imodium that I also bought: Imodium works. It's been really hard to find the Imodium pills for the past few months. I have a family member with a health issue involving chronic diarrhea and this is the only thing that works - and no side effects.
The generic stuff is waaaaay cheaper but, unfortunately, as I noticed from a few reviews on here (which I'm very pleased to have noticed before purchasing generics), all of the generics that I've seen have lactose as a filler. Well, given that people who are lactose intolerant get diarrhea from lactose, it seems incredibly stupid to me that the manufacturers of those generics would choose to add lactose to an anti-diarrhea product. The person I bought this for is lactose intolerant so I won't even consider the generics (which really stinks because they are incredibly cheaper and do have the same active ingredient. Anyway - this product works and it's great.
