5.0 out of 5 stars A great swing trainer
I took a golf leeson and this tool ( ball ) was used. I purchased one for myself and it has helped me learn to keep my arms/swing in postion. It has not worked any miracles but my game has improved, particularly my short game.

3.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Concept, but Cumbersome
I like the idea of this training aid -- both colors at address & impact, blue on the backswing & yellow after release to finish. I tried this ball a number of times & found it too cumbersome to use, especially to get both arms in the right position by myself. I like the idea of this training aid -- both colors at address & impact, blue on the backswing & yellow after release to finish. I tried this ball a number of times & found it too cumbersome to use, especially to get both arms in the right position by myself. It was quite easy to use with another person positioning it for me, but I like to practice away from the practice range when I have some spare moments to myself. I also think it's overpriced.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good, April 8, 2011
This is a very good practice tool to keep you all connected in the full swing. I highly recommend it. Although it is pretty overpriced, there is a decent alternative. You can take a "junior" sized basketball and deflate it and do the same thing with it. Not quite as good because it doesn't have the blue/yellow colors, but still works well for the feel of keeping your arms solid.

1.0 out of 5 stars Difficult to use, August 17, 2010
I would not recommend this product. It is almost impossible to use by yourself. You need someone else to place it in the correct position between your arms.
