Book Description

0925279552 978-0925279552 September 1996
The American judicial branch is out of control, dominating both the executive and legislative branches. This book reveals how the Founders restrained overactive courts, utilizing the only Constitutional tool available - impeachment. With concise clarity, the historical perspective on impeachment is described, and aptly compared with the current misconceptions on impeachable offenses with the Constitution's original intentions.

5.0 out of 5 stars Impeachment - it's not just for the president, September 23, 2002
This review is from: Impeachment: Restraining an Overactive Judiciary (Paperback)
A short book, but loaded with quotes from our nation's founders showing that the Judicial branch of the government was intended to be the weakest of the three. All federal judges are subject to impeachment and being booted off the bench. This is not what you learned in school, you need to read it here.
