Worth the wait!,
This review is from: Imperial Blaze (Audio CD)
This is a solid album. It has its stand outs such as "now that I've got your love", "she wanna be down", "running out of time" and more. But when I say an album is good, like most people, I mean that I can listen to it all the way through with no more than one or two skips. You can definitely accomplish that with this album. It is his best work in my opinion and it was most certainly worth the wait.

Amazing album!!! His best one yet. It is insane that there are 20 songs on here and pretty much every single is strong. Not much filler here. "So fine" and "Press it up" are stand out tracks. This is one hot dude. He's on fire right now.

If you're an SP fan, you'll be happy: If you're not a fan, you will be!,

Some artists have vocal ability, some have excellent writing skills, but Sean Paul (SP) is a triple threat because he has one more thing - STYLE. I'm not talking about how he looks, although he looks fabulous (all the ladies co-sign). I'm talking about how he carves his vocals INTO the music. Sure, you hear the sound, you hear the vocals, but part of Sean Paul's music is the SP sound. With songs like "Daddy's Home" that just envelope you in pure style, the bouncy "So Fine", the sexy "Evening Ride", and the cool "I know U like it", you will experience all types of feelings and different kinds of energy when you bump this in your system. Ladies love him because he's fine, guys dig him because he's cool, and we all love him because he's talented. Do it. Buy it. You won't be sorry.

Wow! This album was definitely worth the wait! There is not a single track on the album that I wanted to skip when I listened to it. The songs are very well written and the beats are definitely top notch. "So Fine" and "Press it Up" were early releases that really grabbed my attention and made me want to get the album, but I must say that my favorite songs on the album are "Bruk Out", "Now That I've Got Your Love", "Hold My Hand", "Lately", "Daddy's Home", "Press it Up", "Evening Ride", "She Wanna be Down", and "I Know U Like it". Nuff respect to Stephen "Di Genius" McGreggor for producing most of the tracks. I definitely recommend this album to all reggae fans and all Sean Paul fans. You won't be disappointed at all.

I have been waiting for some time for the new deal and Sean has not displeased! The man has remained true to his roots while getting everyone on the dance floor! I was actually tired from moving to all of his rhymes.

SP never fails,

My friends have dubbed me his biggest fan and jokingly say I may be the only one who can actually sing along to almost every song and know what Sean Paul is saying. Regardless, I have to say this album is fantastic and he seems to just get better and better with each release. Nearly every song on this album is "single-worthy" - catchy melodies, great rhythms, and overall worth every penny.
It is so rare to find a CD that has more than 3 songs worth listening to. Then Sean Paul goes and releases Imperial Blaze with 20 tracks, ALL of which are amazing and different from previous tracks.
