This methodology not use last approach and cases from BI leaders (for example SAS, SAP and Oracle ).
The famous BI software vendor deliver with software own methodology based on personal best practice using functionality of their BI platform .

For example, SAP & SAS have own successful implementation methodologies.

SAS deliver IPI (Intelligence Platform Methodology) and PMM ( project management methodology) , SAP offer ASAP for BW.
