The title of this book very clearly implies that it will deal mainly with W2000 deployment. Since W2000 is a very different system from Windows NT4 I expected the book to deal with the specific issues raised by W2000. Instead the book is a (poor) description of what NT4 is and when to use it and only towards the end touches briefly on specific W2000 issues. Even as far as NT4 is concerned this book misses the target since it mixes executive level information with irrelevant (for such a book) practical details (see for example see page 45 where it is explained what every technician that has installed NT more than three times knows). Finally, on the funny side, the author confuses the MIPS company and the MIPS (million of instruction per second) measurement of computer power: the two are completely unrelated!
