This company delivers very quickly. Good cheese but very mild taste. IMO a well aged Romano should be very sharp and bitey. This cheese is best when used to flavor sauce. It's a good value if you like a mild cheese.

I thought it was a typo; 3 pounds of Pecorino cheese for 15 dollars. Do the math, that's 5 dollars a pound. It arrived super fast. It was super fresh. I just made some pasta and grated some of this fine cheese on top. I thought I had been teleported to Italy. Magnifico! Pecorino like this is hard to find. Buy it before it's gone or they raise the price.

I still have some of this in my freezer, but will be buying more from this seller. Even with the shipping cost, it's a great bargain. I cut it into smaller pieces, vacuum sealed them and tossed them into the freezer. Now I can take out a chunk at a time instead of hunting locally for some that is usually WAY overpriced and dried out.

We received this order in a timely manner. The cheese was well-packaged. The label was Zerto, imported by Atalanta (N.J.).
The taste was what I would consider to be the right balance of saltiness and sharpness for most people. I, however, enjoy a slightly bigger taste punch, a bit saltier and sharper. Overall, at this price point this was the best of what I have recently found on the market.

Its the real deal. Growing up this is the cheese we used on our pasta.

Imported Pecorino Romano - 3 Pounds Absolutely a great cheese from Italy. Use it all the time in Pasta Dishes. Could not ask for any better. Arrived in just a few days and perfectly fresh except for the aging period of course. Great quality for the price!

I sent this as a gift too. Wonderful cheese, many uses. Steamed fresh vegetables topped with grated cheese is delightful.
