This turkey rack is really a heavy duty, sturdy one that will fit typical roaster pans used for meat that size. It is easy to lift when fully loaded. Great buy!

This roasting rack is and feels solid. The handles are very easy to use and the rack fits perfectly into my roasting pan.

My only criticism is that the rack is v-shaped, so when I placed a turkey into the rack it kept leaning over to one of the sides instead of resting straight up. This is not a huge deal from a roasting standpoint, but from a presentation and prep standpoint it is a little awkward.

All in all, though, I am satisfied with this product's durability and ease of use.

I ordered this for use on a bbq smoker. I was pleasantly surprised by the heavy duty feel of the rack. I smoked a turkey on it and experienced an easy clean up with no flaking of the non-stick surface as other reviewers have experienced. I've only used it once so time will tell. This rack can also be turned upsdide down and used for ribs, something the description doesn't really describe. It can easily hold six racks of ribs vertically for space conservation on your grill or smoker. Great value!!

Product does what it is suppose to do, only thing is the non-stick coating has come off where it touched the roasting pan, but still does everything I need it to do, and can hold 20 lb Turkey and 3 small fryer chickens that can get a good crisp skin.

A desire to cook a better Christmas goose, I ordered this roasting rack. It arrived today (Christmas eve) and was immediately loaded with our 10.5 lb Christmas goose. The rack is very sturdy and confidence inspiring. Much better than the flimsy collapsible roasting rack I have used in the past. The goose cooked perfectly. Indeed, tonight's was the best Christmas Goose I've ever produced. I attribute much of this success to the rack. It is tall enough to keep the goose well clear of its copious drippings and still fit easily in my roaster. The handles each end made removing the cooked from the roaster an easy secure maneuver.

The rack cleaned up easily. The nonstick coating does its job well. However, while hand-washing the rack (per manufacturer recommendation), I noticed spots where the non-stick coating appeared to have come off. I didn't expect this after one use. Hence, my 4 stars rating; this gives me reason to be nervous about the long-term durability of the rack's non-stick coating. The rack it self, I'm confident is sturdy enough to stand -- with strength in reserve -- a 20 lb turkey. I look forward that test.

Used this rack to roast our turkey in a Big Green Egg (BGE) for Christmas dinner. It held our 20lb. turkey with ease and cleaned up very easily. Definitely recommend this one.

I ordered this to roast a turkey for Christmas dinner, it worked fabulously. It is made of heavy duty, non-stick material. My "bird" roasted 360 degrees. It's easy to manipulate because of the handles and the heavy gauge material gives you assurance of stability and easy of movement. I cooked a 23lb. bird and there was room to spare on the rack. And I'm looking to use it for other meats to roast such as pork loin, ham, lamb and beef roasts. This rack will do the job, it met all of my expectations and then some. Excellent product and price.

I purchased this roasting rack to use to barbecue my very first Thanksgiving turkey. The rack is sturdy and absolutely perfect for a large (mine was 21 pounds) turkey.
