I own 6 of these Candle Impressions flameless candles, I've had them 3 years and I'm still very pleased with them. After 3 years, I can still smell the vanilla very faintly. The scent never overpowered the room, even when brand-new. Each candle uses two (2) C-size batteries. The on/off switch is located on the bottom of the candle.

They flicker so intermittently that they look exactly as a real candle does; if you have several in a small grouping they are all flickering at different times and it looks very real. The only time you know they aren't real is if you look directly down into the candle.

They are stylish with candle rings or greenery wrapped around them, or even just sitting alone on a shelf.

They came in very handy last year during an overnight power outage. I had 4 of them in my living room, 1 in the bathroom, and 1 candle in my bedroom and these gave off enough light that I could see my way around.

Since I have cats, this is now the only candle I will have in my home. My neighbor's home recently caught fire when she left an unattended real candle in the living room and one of her dogs knocked it over. Sadly, one of her 3 dogs died in the blaze. I simply refuse to take the chance with my cats, solely to have the ambiance of REAL candlelight.

This would be a nice piece, but it was defective and poorly made. I have bought another candle by this company and had no problems, so maybe it is "hit or miss." The piece was expensive and did not work. The battery housing did not close with the battery in it and the light would not come on. Customer service was responsive and the return process went well. The candle is a nice shape with a vanilla aroma. Perfect for areas that do not allow open flames--such as hospitals and nursing homes--or areas with little children or pets.

I purchased this candle to be used outdoors in our gazebo. I have had many candles melt in the heat when I forgot to bring them in. This candle works as advertised--flickers to look real and has a scent that is not overpowering. I am very happy with this purchase.

You'll love this candle. It's safe & pretty at the same time, you can take it everywhere. Great for the bathroom, bedroom, and as a back up for power outages. It does not get too hot as some flameless candles do.

We have used this in many ways, but mostly to check on my daughter at night. It is low enough not to bother her but bright enough to be able to see clearly. We like it very much.

This candle was purchased as a gift, so I am providing feedback second hand.

The receiver loves the candles and has no problem with their functionality.

I'd buy them again and recommend them as a great gift to others or to yourself.

This product is great! Very realistic looking. Perfect for when the power went out, I could keep it in my 2 year olds room all night. CANNOT do that with a real candle! Also makes a great burglary deterrent. Left it on all weekend. Who would go out of town and candles burning? We must be home! ;-)

I have several of these candles, very realistic flickering and color. I have had no problems with any of my candles. I am slowly replacing all of my real candles with these since there is no wax, no clipping wicks, no strange melting forms, and no worries if you leaving them running for days and days and days! The kids (2 and 4 years old) love them in their rooms, very comforting. They are a bit pricey but you get thousands of hours out of them as compared to the handful of hours from regular candles so I think it is definitely worth it.

I ordered these candles for two wall sconces. They look great and I don't have to worry about ruining the wall! Only wish they had a timer....but they are really easy to access and turn on each evening. So far I've had no problems and I'm well pleased with the look of this candle. Like the look of an actual burnt wick instead of some phony looking plastic flame! They flicker when on just like the real thing.
