Indeed I had mixed feelings about this album for a long time, but as soon as I heard some samples from it I knew it was a very magical and solid kitaro release. After a first listen, I know I will listen to this album everyday for at least the next several months, and I must say that kitaro is still at his best after so many years of magical and glorious musical landscapes. It is somewhat of an experimental album, which is different from his 80's and 90's style, but it still has the core elements that he has been using all of this time. All of the songs stand out for themselves. I specially love the Reflection of the Moon song, which is extremely haunting and beautiful and has the gorgeous sacred fountain theme towards the end of it. The beautiful melodies and themes from impressions of the west lake make one realize that there is healing in this music for the soul, body and mind. I am glad to have had the opportunity to have met Kitaro some time ago and I congratulate and thank him in yet another wonderful and stellar masterpiece that will definitely be among his best to the very end of time and beyond! Thanks again Kitaro!!! I hope you come to the USA on a tour sometime soon.

It was a while since i heard Kitaro music and this one did not disappoint. Creativity in his music is very appealing to me.

I have appeciated Kitaro's music for years due to his unique sound and creativity. I can tell that he puts a lot of passion and time into his composition and performance. I had not purchased one of his albums for some time since some of his albums were collections of prior work. This album has new songs of the style of music I so much enjoy.

I've been collecting Kitaro's albums since 1983 and so far I have 59 CDs, they're all great. Kitaro has been very consistent with his music, and this one is no exception, it gave me goosebumps listening to it, even after about the 20th time. I'll keep on collecting his music until who knows when...By the way, is there anyway I can give this album 10 stars?

I recently saw this sound & light show . This CD brings back all the memories of a great show.

Kitaro has always been a favorite. When I am in that mystical, new age mood, his are the CD's I reach for first.

This is the first Kitaro CD that I have purchased... I was looking for a smooth new age sound that might have a bit of an oriental influence. I found it! I had read the reviews for this CD and had also listened to snippets of his other works, but really liked the sound of this one. It's a wonderful CD to add to your new age collection. I highly recommend it.
