This is the fourth installment of the Millionaire of the month series. Ryan is the fourth one to use the house by the lake. He was reluctant to go but because it was his dead friend's last wish he accepts. He was also the best man for Dev's (Third series) wedding. Ryan goes into town to try to find a present for Dev's wedding and finds this unusual boutique. He goes in and is immediately attracted to Kelly who owns the store. He start to flirt with her and invites her to dinner. While paying, Ryan discovers that Kelly is the daughter of her father's old mistress. Kelly immediately recognizes Ryan's name. Ryan is "disgusted" with her and believes her to be like her mom so he walks away.

Kelly was hired to decorate the house by the lake. Ryan did not know she would be there. Ryan finally tolerates her precense at the house, since he can't seem to get rid of her. He decides to help her thinking that the sooner she is done, the sooner he won't have to deal with her. During the time they are working together, they both begin to know each other. They both discover that their impression of each other was not what they thought, and that they were indeed very similar. There are other situations in the background that add a little bit of drama to their relationship, but at the end they find their happily ever after.

Series has been good so far. Even after the fourth book, I still find it funny and entertaining!

A quick book to read since you can't put it down once you start. Love the series "Millionaire of the Month" by Silhouette Desire ... be sure to check out the other books in this series.
