Side 1 is hypnosis that really works - it puts me under every time. I've been using it to improve my billiards play, and it's been quite effective in only two weeks. I use it every night. Side 2 is subliminal messages in bad music. I listen to it sometimes, but I don't know if it helps.

I bought this tape for my son because he was not doing well in school. His tests showed he had the ability but did not apply himself or show attetion to detail or consentrate. After listening to it every day for 3 weeks and then 2 -3 times a week for 20 minutes his grades did improve and his teacherstated he was showing more effort. I beleive this helps whether it is the suggestions or just the calming effect in our kids hectic lives it does work. I have even tried it and the calming effect is great. Try it you will see!

I do not have enough praise for this AMAZING and TRULY EFFECTIVE tape!!! I am 31 years old and recently began taking a medication whose side effects were memory loss and stutter. I thought I was beginning to suffer from Alzheimers. It had become increasingly embarassing to suddenly go blank, especially being at university, taking post graduate studies.

I got this tape out of sheer desperation. After only two weeks, my memory improved dramatically and the stuttering stopped. Thoughts and memory which a little while before had become a nightmare returned back to normal.

I do not know what the subliminal messages are, all I know is that this tape has proved to be the best self hypnosis tape I ever got.

I do have Glen Harrold's and Janet Decker's CD's and consider them effective But THIS is the tape which has had a dramatic effect on my memory.

I would love to see this tape in CD Format. I recommend it to parents whose children or anyone for that matter are having memory and concentration problems!!

I found this tape very relaxing and effective. It's a must for everyone who wants to learn how to focus.

i found this tape to be effective. i was very disappointed by side A since the music really is not good and i don't see the point to listening to bad music... how is it supposed to increase concentration? however, i use side A whenever i need to focus on something important and i find that in just three days, my concentration is more sharp.
