very useful info
This video has many good steps to help you have a better memory. I really feel like I got a lot out of watching it and I'm very glad I purchased it.

Completely useless
Unless you're looking for a way to help your 5 year old in school, this is not for you. Completely geared towards small children (or imbeciles). If you want some good memory info I would use the cd's put out by Dominic O'Brien. It is 6.5 hours, but it's well worth it.

Unless you're looking for a way to help your 5 year old in school, this is not for you. Completely geared towards small children (or imbeciles). If you want some good memory info I would use the cd's put out by Dominic O'Brien. It is 6.5 hours, but it's well worth it.

The result you will get is extremely low. There is no result, actually. If you really want to learn how to memorize go to the School of Phenomenal Memory. That's the only way!
