We bought a smart airbed from Amazon, got a leak at the seam in the first day and had to return it. From the reviews we read, the intex brand airbed got mixed reviews, however, priced within our budget. Even with most reviewers complained the intex airbed leaks, we decided to take a chance on this newer 2011 model.
The airbed arrived, very well packaged and within 3 days. Compared with the other airbed, the intex airbed seems to be built with a thicker material, and the handy built in inflation pump is much easier to use than the separate handheld pump, and it inflates much faster & quieter. We got the new airbed inflated in about 2~3 minutes, let it sit overnight and no leakage was detected. Used it for the following weekend when taking a trip to Florida, and it is as comfortable as a $1000 regular bed.
One minor complaint is the airbed seems to be smaller than a queen size regular bed, however, for the $70 we paid, it is worth every single penny.

This bed was very comfortable to sleep on. Set up was a breeze. I really liked that the pump was attached to the bed -- no parts to lose. Me & my daughter slept on it while on vacation. It was a bit smaller than queen size, though -- the sheets were loose.

Im a college student with a temporary living situation.Buying a regular bed just wasnt going to happen and it didnt make sense seeing as i was going back to dorm life in a few months.I purchased the mattress in late august and at first the mattress great! It felt like a real bed, every once in a while i would have to add some air to firm it back up a little but it was still amazing. Not its mid to late October and the chambers are popping and its turning into this weird bubble.its still keeping air but i just don't wanna end up on the with no mattress and sleeping on the floor again!

Nice until if blows up

DON'T BUY IT!

Great! Especially for the price.
