These are awesome "ninja" socks. They are good quality, fit his size 13 American feet and had an arch support. They are his favorite socks. :)

these socks are comfy and they fit great. i only have one concern, and that is that they are a bit thin, thus im worried about them ripping. so far they have held up pretty well, no rips or tears. great product, fast shipping

Yea these socks are cheapos! But i knew that going in. 1 of the five pair fit right and the rest i would call "culled" or irregular. The big toe fits on some and not others and the 4 toe pocket is longer. I don't know why they still make socks square on the end when your foot has a curve towards your pinkie. I did however find some socks that are great buy cost what 5 of these do! It's called Solsocks. They make them in fleece and they fit perfect. You get what you pay for. I'm not downing these socks, they are great for around the house with flip flops, the reason i purchased. and NO i don't work for solsocks. I will wear those in the winter with my flops! CHEERS!

It's extremely difficult to find socks like these that pull up past your ankles AND feel great. Although "arch support" is a myth of every sock out there... I mean, really, a sock with arch support? Oxymoron right there.

Anyways, I normally wear a size 10.5 men's US, and these socks fit ok. If my feet were smaller, they'd feel too big, so my skinny feet and legs are just right. This fabric is very stretchy though, so if you've got big fat cankles you can squeeze into them no prob.

They easily come up to my knees, and I'm a 5'10" tall guy.... You know you've seen Japanese schoolgirls with the knee socks... well guess what?! ;)

I am going to use these mainly during the winter since they pull up so high - helps keep my legs warm!

Might have to consider low-cut tabi socks for summer wear.

% of materials used was not listed, nor is printed on the tag sewn into the inner leg of each sock. I've carefully cut off all the tags so they wouldn't feel scratchy against my legs..... really, why put a tag inside a sock??

Each pair of socks came sealed together, not like what is pictured as having that cardboard sleeve around the bunch.

So far I've found one single sock to have a small, black dye stain spot on the leg of one, but I didn't get these to look like a pretty lil schoolgirl so that doesn't bother me at all.

Would I buy more? Now that my toes are accustomed to the split design, YES!

My hubby wanted some Japanese type toe socks that he would be able to wear with his flip flops to keep his feet warm. I started perusing the internet and found him what I thought he truly wanted. I wasn't expecting them to come in from Great Britain but who cares as long as they work? He tried them on and was hooked. They are a taller type sock and work well for guys with cold feet who like wearing their flip flops year round. The fit is great and the quality terrific. By buying the five pair bundle he may not need any for a little while; at least I now know where to go if he wants some more.

I have had bunion surgery on both feet, but on one foot the big toe is starting to move towards my other toes again. I ordered these socks because they fit over the big toe and help separate it from the other toes. Very comfortable, soft and not too bulky. And I can wear them in the winter with flip flops! And surprisingly, they arrived from Japan very quickly.

I love these socks. I have searched for tabi socks in the US for 30 yrs. I expected to find an option to select American shoe sizes, for the lovely cotton socks Japanese women wear on their feet under traditional kimonos and I hope they do exist in an American Size 7.

The sports socks rock... they're just a bit larger than I expected, which is to be expected since we have larger feet than our Asian sisters...there is a left and right foot clearly indicated which is kinda cool I took one pair, cut off all but the big toe, and slathered my feet with creams to soften sports calluses leaving the other four toes free to wiggle comfortably under the sheets.

SO: here's hoping I haven't missed the traditional cotton tabi made to size, but I will certainly order these sports socks again...just to wear flip-flops in the winter with a sock that works is pretty special.
