Excellent Book, August 12, 2009
This review is from: Improving Energy Efficiency in Apartment Buildings (Aceee Books on Energy Policy and Energy Efficiency) (Paperback)
This is a phenomenal book on improving the operations of apartment buildings. Real estate investors could benefit from this book a great deal. An apartment property is nothing but a business that generates revenues and incurs expenses. Expenses include items such as real estate taxes, property insurance, utilities, repairs, and maintenance.
This book is all about decreasing expenses by making the operations more efficient. When expenses are lower, net operating income is higher, making the property more valuable. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in investing or managing apartment properties.
