This unique and innovative book explains how to improve your maintenance and reliability performance at the plant level by changing the organization’s culture. - Discusses cultural change with a reliability focus.
- Presents the subject in a way that middle managers will be able to understand and apply.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Book for Mtce People, January 28, 2009
This review is from: Improving Maintenance & Reliability Through Cultural Change (Hardcover)
I thought this book was so realistic in its explanation for why companie's culture prevents good maintenance practices on assets/equipment. This book should be read by those who have the authority to make the changes. Although I agree with everyone in the book, I am not in a position to make the 30k ft level changes needed. Excellent book for reliability engineers, managers, and maintenance people.
