This book helped me change my four year old son from "a real handful" who had raging, screaming temper tantrums; who couldn't sleep; who couldn't sit still; who could not do as he was told....a kid who definitely would have been ritalinized when he hit school....into a kid beloved of his teachers. Active, yes. Hyper, no. It just turns out that many children are more sensitive to their environments than you might think. And that makes them HYPER....so then they need a different diet plus some supplements...my son needed a lot of calcium lactate and pantothenic acid, as it turned out....he also needed no pesticides, no fungicides, no fabric softener...and so on....but this book is a great start!!!
