Buy direct from Annie Brooks and pay $24 - I think these vendors have lost their minds!!!! From $960 to $2400 dollars for a paperback book that's not out of print?!?! Anyway, on to the book: Annie has an incredible way of making her work accessible to a non-professional audience, yet equally valuable for professionals as well. My first experience was with "From Conception to Crawling; Foundations for Developmental Movement" (purchased from Amazon) and I found the concepts in application very profound. I quickly began to experience changes in my own body, and my body perception. I was glad I started with the other book before reading Contact Improvisation. I feel it gave me a better foundation for incorporating these movements.
