Jamey Johnson is everything country music is and should be. Not pop country but true country music. The best out there today!

I think Waylon, Hank, and Johnny got together in heaven or hell, wherever they are, and wrote this guy some songs. It's the only answer for how he's defying the direction country music has been heading. If you like country, and I don't mean teeny bop kiddie rock wannabe love songs, give Jamey a go.

IS THIS FANTASTIC OR WHAT? IN COLOR IS "MESMERIZING" AND I AM CERTAIN BOTH JAMEY AND THE SONG WILL GO TO NUMBER ONE..... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK JAMEY.

Just hearing a snippit of this song made me want to buy it. Very powerful and he makes you feel like you were right there looking through that old photo album.

In Color is a true American song, the lyrics are so true. This song has meaning, unlike a lot of the newer country songs.

My husband and I (and all of our children) just loved the single "In Color" by Jamey Johnson, so we bought the CD thinking it has to be as good as the single. Well, it is! The only little problem I had was some of the lyrics, in a couple of the songs, are pretty harsh...but to true to life, I guess. Still very much a CD worth owning, just love his voice!

In this case, you don't have to be right to be right. This Northeastern liberal heard Johnson at the Grand Ole Oprey last spring and was mesmerized. His voice is pure and rich and grabs you immediately. As for In Color, wow! The words, coupled with his amazing voice just touch your soul. Powerful and real. Searing. The lighter fare rounds it out.

I went to the county fair last week and Jamey Johnson was there. This guy is an awesome singer and a really nice guy too. Love this song.
