I wore a medium from Lands End and the medium size of this product fits perfectly. These are longer than the Lands End leggings and that's good for me. These have 2% less spandex, but have plenty of stretch and recovery. These are not as heavy, but look great and appear to be just as durable.
I'm giving these the top rating because the value is good. At this price I can order in large quantities and always have nice leggings at hand.
1. Athletica "City Lights" ***** (five stars)
Hands down, my favorites. Length, cut, and fit are all absolutely perfect. But as of this writing, the price is $29.95 for a pair. Leggings just shouldn't cost $30!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Athletica leggings have now morphed into these "Women's Cotton Spandex Leggings by In Touch". They are ghastly. In the hour I wore them, I constantly found myself tugging at them. Not only was the waist too low, but no matter where the waist sat the crotch area was just not ... right. It was intensely uncomfortable. I am returning them. $30 and the leggings are horrid! I don't know what happened to the Athletica and why these now pull up even in my "previous order screen" when I am trying to get to the Athletica, but I wouldn't recommend these to anybody.
2. Moontree "Cotton Spandex Jersey Legging" ****
The length is good. The waist is in the right place. The cut is good. But something about these leggings makes me feel like "this is what wearing Spanx must feel like". They are snug, but not in a way that makes me feel like I'm wearing the wrong size. It feels like the snugness is part of the design, like in control-top pantyhose. (Remember those?) Only the snugness is in the entire pair of leggings, calf to waist. They look great, but frankly they are almost a relief to peel off at the end of the day.Read more ›
Nice and long in the leg (I am 5'4" with a 30" inseam and I can pull them down under my heels if I want). These fall below the waist, which isn't my preference, but I knew that from the picture when I bought them.
I have owned these leggings in black for nearly a year now, and they are still in great shape and unfaded after months of my wearing them while exercising and crawling on the floor after my kids. They also show no signs of shrinkage after drying in the dryer.

A little thin, barely see through, but a nice dark, warm black. I like them a lot.Published 11 days ago by Mary January
I am looking to replace this exact pair of leggings that I bought on groupon 4 years ago!!! I wear and wash them several times a week and they just got a tiny hole in the crotch. Read morePublished 18 days ago by Amanda
When living in NYC I wore these leggings all the time I worked-out. Though they were made for women and I am a guy, they still fit great and washed-up quite wellPublished 3 months ago by Bobby Goldman
These fit super well! I have a large butt and thick thighs so most leggings can feel snug in the groin area but these have a nice stretch and are long enough. Read morePublished 3 months ago by Amazon Customer
I bought a long vest that was featured in an email I received from them. I was VERY disappointed in the quality of the garment. I will never wear it. Read morePublished 3 months ago by Ann C. Friend
